Good/cheap art markers that doesn't look like a 1st grader used it?

To pass the time for summer vacation, I've been drawing/painting for fun. I want to use some art markers that come in a set with different shades. Of course, I can't buy Copics or markers of that like. I want something cheap that will still color well and not look like a 1st grader colored it. Do those Roseart marker sets work alright or do they leave obvious streaks?
