Why do people say the Bulls are inferior to the Lakers and Heat?

Lakers have experience along with the closest thing to MJ in Kobe, who is arguably one of the best closers in NBA history and has 5 rings, the heat have a 2 time MVP in lebron who is in his prime and they have a top 3 or 4 player in wade, and then there's bosh. the bulls, well, they have the reigning MVP, but you have to understand that he has no experience in deep playoff runs and is still a kid. don't worry, he'll be there eventually whether its next year or in 5 years. they need a consistent scorer, most preferrably a SG. they'll have trouble getting by the Knicks and heat to reach the finals though.
