MLBs "Beat the Streak" made a mistake, how do I fix?

My streak was at 11 before today. I picked Starlin Castro on the Cubs who played a double header against the giants. He went 1-9 today in both games combined. However it says my streak is at 0 when it should be at 12. Under my results it says he went 1-9 too. I carefully read the rules for doubleheaders and they say that a player just has to get a hit in at least 1 of the 2 games. Any ideas? Has this ever happened to anyone else before? It is somewhat irrelevant unless i actually get to 57 games but still i want it to say that my streak is at 12.
