Question about splat hair dye?

Hi you told me to answer the other question on how long the splat dye lasts, it lasted for about 4 months before fading. but if i didnt put dye on top of it it would of lasted prob 6-7 months. Hope this helps!!!(: And no its fine to swim in it!! just make sure you use color safe shampoo and conditioner!
