Lineman football conditioning ?

We have our summer conditioning in a week and every year we run our asses off. Doing sprints, laps, Indian runs and what not. But for the lineman we never run 100 yard sprints during games or need marathon endurance. we don't mind doing cardio one day out of our three day workouts.We wanna suggest to our coaches that we wanna do linneman specific conditioning like tire flips, tire punching, sled drives, sled pulls, things that require us to us all our energy in an explosive ways for a long period of time but we think they might think were lazy. What do u think and any workout suggestions ?
