What color (unnatural) streaks would look good in DARK brown hair?

I have dark brown hair a little past my shoulders. I have very pale skin, and hazel eyes. I was wanting to get some colored streaks in my hair for the summer. I was thinking like electric blue, but then I was having second thoughts, (like red, or purple?) what do you think?
