TONS of muscle twitching/jerks?

I have considered ALS, and I've done a at home babinskis test and my foot did nothing. So a bout 5 - 6 months ago I started twitching. Just little vibrating ones under the skin you could see, called a muscle fasciculations. But recently, my speach is beginning to slurr, and it's more of a full limb twitch instead of the other kind you can see under the skin. As I type this multiple twitches are happening mostly in my waist down including random prts of my butt, side of foot, leg twitches that move my whole leg but not to mention everywhere else on my body. Ive also not been good at spelling latley if that means anything, this is also recent with my slurred speach, like while writing this I could not spell body. In the winter time, I was on a sled and my friend was behind me, and she was about to fall off and GRABBED onto my head, I heard it crack multiple times but she held on like crazy, hurt like hell. I made a wierd gasping noise cause I couldnt breathe, so what if I have a SPI or SCT (Spinal Cord Injury and Spinal Cord Trauma)? Can you tell me signs/symptoms that could be related to the situatin I stated and what kind of tests I would get? Thanks!
