How can I get him to like me?!?

So I'm going to be In the 9th grade and he is going to be in the 10th and we always hangout cause I live like a mile way from and my best friends likes one of his friends who lives right next to him so like we sleds walk down to the river and stuff and one night me and my friend got really drunk and this was before I really knew him like we never talked before this so anyways me an my friend went to the park one night because this guy she likes told us to so we did and we for drunk before him and his friend got there and well myfriend and the guys she likes went off and and left me there with him and he carried me to the play set and started making out and other stuff...... So now he lost his phone and we dont talk that much except for on Facebook like we comment on eachothers stiff a lot but his ex girlfriend is a ***** and every time I comment she comments to and is like get off his Facebook an ****:/ and he has been grounded so we haven't really gotten to hang out but next weekend we might go to the rodeo together how can flirt with him to make him like me
