Do you think girls would find this attractive blonde streak?

im mostly cuban the other half italian and others im tan i have blue and green eyes and light brown hair so the eyes show out more im fit and i have short hair and my hair is kinda like a fohawk and didn't cut it all the way on the side should i put a blonde streak in the front but not heading all the way back and im in high school.
