Do you know the name of this book?

I can't remember the name but I think it was "The Golden ____ <-(something)." It's a collection of children's folk tales from a country in Europe (Can't remember if it was Norwegian or from some other nation). It looked like a chapter book and I can't remember if it had pictures on the inside. The cover of it shows children playing in the snow (like sledding etc.) and I think it had an egg on the cover as well. The cover was a very colorful with tones of blue and very nicely illustrated. Your help is appreciated.
